Dr. Terrence Schofield, clinical psychologist, now known as "Dr. T"  is a diversity trainer responsible for a broad range of training within the non-profit and corporate sector. He also works as a life skills coach and college lecturer at several institutions and corporations across the country and is proficient in establishing creative ways of creating inclusive environments in changing organizational systems and communities. He offers several unique tips on conflict resolution within diverse settings and develops training models to use among corporate organizations, non-profits, and families.

A major player as Director of Reconciliation at Promise Keepers, he serves in recruitment and advertisement for a national event. He also established Relationship Academy, Inc., a non-profit marriage enrichment organization. And, his long term goal is to develop a faith based non-profit organization to help organizations, families, couples, and individuals struggling to maintain cohesive relationships. Finally, he is currently completing his PhD in Clinical Psychology at Walden University. Mr. Schofield is married to Teresa and has three sons and one daughter.
