Event production powerhouse, Quanda “Q’Lala” Pace, is the driving force behind Q’Lala Productions, LLC – a full services event production company. Since Q’Lala Productions first started in 2011, Quanda has emerged as one of the top female Event Producers and Promoters in the Gulf Coast area. It’s no surprise that her company has taken off and she has taken the event production scene by storm. What sets her apart from her competition is her never-ending drive coupled with her unique flair.

Born and raised in the Destin/Fort Walton Beach, FL area in the Gulf Coast, Quanda got her start in entertainment in 2007 when she founded her first business venture, Pretty Unique Parties, with her partner. Together they offered unique event planning and décor services that were customized for each client – something the current event production market wasn’t offering and something the area had never seen before! The duo quickly became known for their creative and eccentric, off-the-wall productions and what they were offering was something no other firm seemed to be able to replicate. Quanda’s reputation quickly expanded from there and she became known as the one to call when you want to transform your event from an ordinary experience to an unforgettable, extraordinary experience. It wasn’t long before Quanda realized that not only did she have a passion for this work, but that she also had a talent for bringing together people, places, and things which allowed her to help others find their passion as she did.

What further distinguishes Quanda from her competition is that her entertainment credentials go far beyond her event production company - she has worked in this industry for over 12 years! In 2011 she became a Co-Host and Program Director on Wair Radio’s #1 rated show, Roundtable Radio, while also leading the O’Lala the Homeboy’s Homegirl segment on this show. She then continued her radio career on Real Women Radio with her show Doing’ The Most with O’Lala. Audiences and fans have been drawn in due to her energetic, playful, and comedic charm. Her entertainment expertise doesn’t stop there though – she balances all of this with hosting and emcee responsibilities for events like The American Dream Talent Search and May Day Spring Bling!

Her ambition is unstoppable. Throughout her career, she has formed countless partnerships with companies like Real Women Radio, The City of Ft. Walton Beach, Squaretite Ent, Bumble Bee Billboards, Visit Pensacola, WAIR Radio, Tru’s Soul Life, LLC., and Lavish Daydreams, LLC – just to name a few! As if that wasn’t enough already, she still finds the time to serve as a liaison and advocate for the at-risk youth in her community, and with various other organizations that she encountered previously in her career as a Program Manager with Goodwill Easterseals. This powerful go-getter has a vision larger than life and given her trajectory already, she is one to follow closely and keep an eye on.
